Blue Back Square Development, LLC This brand program was inspired by the education-rich heritage of West Hartford, Connecticut and its most famous resident Noah Webster, author of the country’s first school text book known as the Blue-backed Speller. This authentic and memorable brand identity inspired marketing programs and permeated the physical environment: from courtyards created as crossword puzzles, to word-themed pavers in a Webster Walk, to building murals and wayfinding graphics that honored the life and legacy of Noah Webster. The developer called the resulting value creation “staggering,” achieving lease rates and condominium sales prices at double-digit percentages higher than other marketplace offerings.. |
