  • In March, Walker client the Radiant Group opens its newest store in Temple Terrace. The store marks the first of many that will reflect the new brand that Walker created for this local, multi-generational family-owned business. Walker completed neighborhood-inspired environmental graphics for the store and assisted with grand opening public relations.
  • Harbour Island Residential hires Walker to develop a brand strategy, including name and logo, for a new 250-unit apartment building on the waterfront of Harbour Island in Downtown Tampa.

  • Publix Super Markets hires Walker to assist with rebrand of its private label packaging.
  • Walker retained for marketing services to support Victory Lofts, the first residential loft mid-rise in Tampa’s Channel District.
  • Emphasizing its brand-centric approach, Walker evolves its own brand by changing its name to Walker Brand Communications.

2002 – 1996

  • Walker continues to grow and expand its expertise into strategic planning, research and fully integrated multi-disciplinary communications services to complement it strong creative design.
  • A multitude of destinations and great places are added to its client roster including Disney Travel Industry Marketing, Tampa Bay Convention and Visitors Bureau, Henry B. Plant Museum and Smithsonian Institution. Awards are won and clients get results.
  • Adolescence is achieved.

1995

  • Walker purchases and moves into its first office, a 1920s renovated house on Swann Avenue in sunny Tampa, Florida.
